Earlier this year, our team at Quantum worked on an exciting project for Google which has reframed purchase journeys and decision-making as we know it. Purchase journeys are nonlinear, messy and also, emotional.

Today this work & thinking has been externalised in the latest Think With Google Consumer Insights article, and we feel incredibly proud to share this.

A key note for #brands - there is an emotional journey that underpins the path to purchase, and purchase decisions are the resolutions of critical emotional inflection points in the journey. To cultivate customer trust and shape better journeys, brands need to first understand the emotions that drive consumer buying decisions.
