On the evening of September 4, we held a casual session to explore recent food trends among Bangladeshi youth and know their views and experiences on the role of food in their lives today.

It was a very interesting session as young people live their life on social media, shaping their identity, fueling their emotions and driving their choices. We looked at how important food is as social currency and what their food preferences say about them.
Discussions with clients and our young audience centred around multi-sensory food experiences, food trends, emotions and personalities associated with certain foods. Most interestingly we then positioned different foods in Helen’s personality model.
Joined by an expert food blogger and a young business entrepreneur we heard various points of view and ended the evening with a great learnings and great food.
